Program Manager at FrontLine Service

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated candidate to be the Program Manager of our Supportive Housing for Families Program. This is a cutting edge program that serves homeless families by providing intensive therapeutic and case management services. The Program Manager is responsible for supervising a team of highly trained, licensed clinicians on utilizing evidence based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Trauma Adapted-Family Connections, and others. The Program Manager is also responsible for collaborating with stakeholders in the community to ensure families are receiving the best care possible, as well as accessing housing quickly.
Qualified candidates are those who possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related field, as well as have at least 5 years of work experience in a social work environment. Independent licensure as an LISW or LPCC required.
