Community & Office based Senior Carer / Supervisor - Woking - £18500 + Excellent Benefits

Contracted Hours - Full time 40 hours per week.

We are a quality focused Domiciliary Care provider seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Community Care supervisor in the Woking area. If you are a dynamic, motivated individual with a great sense of humor and someone committed to maintaining and enhancing the highest quality home care to our clients and you have proven leadership skills within the domiciliary home care sector for clients over the age of 65? We would love to meet you!

About You:

Minimum of two years in a supervisory position

The ability to work unsupervised

Good awareness of the CQC regulations and care standards.

Obtained your QCF L3 or willing to enroll on to a course.

Car owner / driver

Good knowledge of the Woking area

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written,

Good IT skills

Good multi-tasker

Your Role:

You will be required to cover care calls including evenings and weekends.

You will be required to cover on call duty - on a rotation basis.

You will be required to be community based and office based

You will conduct staff supervisions/spot checks/monitoring and mentoring

You will attend interviews for new staff members

You will carry out client assessments/care plans in a person-centered way

You will carry out care plan reviews

You will liaise with the registered manager, families, external agencies, NHS/GP services.

You will be ensuring quality care is delivered to the standards required

Your role within the office will be to ensure all admin regarding our clients and staff files are up to date and comply with company policy and procedures and CQC standards.
