This exciting opportunity is a brand new branch where you will oversee the 'start up` of the business while being well supported by the MD and owner of the business. Our client will be delivering services to vulnerable people, including elderly care and support, adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities along with other care services.

Experience with planning care staff weekly rota`s is necessary, carrying out risk assessments, reviews, recruitment and selection, staff supervisions and staff appraisals, meeting new service users and matching care givers to each service user ensuring all staff are well trained and communicated with at all times. This is a very varied highly rewarding role and you will be well rewarded as you develop the business taking on new care packages and increasing current packages. Experience with on call duties is also necessary as there will be some out of hours working initially. Good IT skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal is essential and you will also need to be well organised and highly motivated.
