Home Care Assistant - £8.50 to £16 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Location - Aylesbury area
Hours - Full time or part time - Flexible
We are offering home care jobs to selected candidates supporting vulnerable adults and children living in their own homes.
You will receive;
Full training and shadowing
Wages from £8.50 to £16 per hour, mileage, holiday pay, pension, other benefits
We can help with accommodation and a car if you fulfil certain criteria

Regular supervisions and support in the field

As a home care assistant with us you will have excellent career development prospects, regular work in and around Aylesbury, work with an experienced and friendly team, and have support from Field Care Supervisors who will mentor, train and encourage you in your work.
You will be providing personal care and support to adults and children with disabilities. This is responsible and skilled work, requiring you to be committed to full time work, and with a caring and compassionate nature. Both men and women are needed to complete this specialist team.
Assist vulnerable adults and children who have health needs to achieve their daily needs.
Assistance includes personal care needs, continence care, companionship, assistance with medication and assisting with preparing and eating meals.
Some household duties /light cleaning may be required.
You will be expected to accurately record and read reports and work with other professionals to provide the support needed for a person centred care provision.
Flexible work arrangements:
You can agree with us your working availability so that this job fits around your other commitments. You will need to be available to work alternate weekends. You can choose to work either between 7am and 3pm or between 4pm and 10pm, or discuss with us other times when you could work with our clients.

Our client is a home care provider with high standards, offering personal care and companionship to adults and children who need our help with some parts of day to day living in their own homes.
Their clients have difficulties such as mobility issues, long term illness, mental health needs (including dementia), end of life and learning difficulties. We offer them the chance to remain safe, comfortable and happy in their own homes with family and friends around them.
