Problem manager - Incident management, Netcool, ITM, Nimbus, SCOM, Splunk, ITIL - Banking

An Incident Management Analyst is required by a global banking organisation based in the North West. The successful Problem Manager will ideally have at least 2 years IT Support experience with exposure to one or more monitoring tools.

The ideal Incident Manager will possess the following key skills and experience:

2+ year incident management experience

Strong general IT Support Analyst

Exposure to monitoring tools such as Netcool, ITM, Nimbus, SCOM, Splunk

Knowledge of ITIL principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
