Regional Health and Social Care Trainer- £30k - 34k + Company Car + Benefits

Our client, a highly regarded Extra Care and Domiciliary Care provider is expanding and is now looking to recruit an experienced Health & Social Care Trainer as part of their growing Training & Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high quality focused care provider where you will be based from home. You will need to be a car driver and will need to reside ideally in the Kent area as you will be required to visit Extra Care complexes in the South including Devon, Bedford and East London etc.

Our client is looking for a professional, knowledgeable candidate who has a good background in Health & Social Care Training, who has excellent knowledge of the CQC regs and standards and who has a genuine passion for quality care delivery and has a professional, friendly caring approach to delivering training. You will need to have achieved an QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum, Train the Trainer or Award in education and Training (PTLLS) and have excellent IT skills as you will be required to keep accurate training records and have the ability to liaise and work closely with managers ensuring all staff are receiving the training and support throughout their career and development.

Experience with delivering training to multiple sites is required and the ability to prioritise workload is necessary, you will be working as part of the friendly hard working Training team
